The cycle is repeating again as it had during the 1920s.  During this recession era several businesses are now being created and coming onboard.  With so many companies joining the effort to business ownership they are starting off as a disadvantaged or underrepresented entity.

Disadvantaged or underrepresented businesses are classified as small, local, minority, woman or Veteran owned of at least 51%.  According to Francis Maude, a British Politician and Minister for the Cabinet Office This government is determined to make the UK one of the best places in Europe to start, finance and grow a business – to this end we have cut corporation tax, boosted tax relief to start ups and cut red tape.”

Europe is on a road to creating a precedent in how underrepresented and disadvantaged suppliers meet the needs of the buyers in purchasing Information Technology (IT) amongst other goods.  How is your online presence?  Is it professional?

  3. Register at and get acquainted with Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG)

Once you have conquered the quest of how to effectively work within the U.S.
